Summertime and the living is easy,

Aline writes: The English obviously use any excuse to put on yet another Summer Festival (no, I am not really complaining, as I love them all!) – so why not have one to celebrate seafood?. Of course, it had to be by the Thames (at the Hayes Galleria). We stopped by for lunch, and ate a heap of mussels, shrimp, scallops, and unidentified fish pieces hot off the grill.. There were cooking demonstrations, entertainment (see below), and the biggest dish of paella I have ever seen. Londoners certainly know how to celebrate summer in style!
